As a newly established organisation, a unique opportunity is available for a highly motivated, efficient, and organized person to help shape and carry out the functions of the Board Secretariat. As part of a small team, the role will assist the General Counsel Corporate Services to provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality professional secretariat and administrative support and services to the HSRA Board, Subcommittees, and management team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of governance professional or equivalent experience working in either a public or private listed/non-listed company, and/or a seasoned professional (8+ years) with a background as an executive assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, accurately and promptly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Board and Subcommittees
  • Preparing and coordinating Board meetings and materials
  • Managing correspondence and communication with stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintaining accurate records and files

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong initiative, the ability to work autonomously, and maturity to handle sensitive matters with discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
