Early Childhood Education Specialist Needed

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our educational programs and make a lasting impact on young minds.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our educators in delivering high-quality education, observing and evaluating educational programs, and enhancing child development and early years content.

They will also partner with educators to implement the Early Years Learning Framework, work closely with the centre leadership team to promote excellence in educational practice, and support positive change within the centre.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent/bachelor's degree, have a current Working with Children's Check, and minimum one year of experience in a similar role.

You will also need to be available Monday to Friday (5 days per week) and have a current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or be willing to obtain.
