As a People and Culture Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking valuable insights from workforce data. This will enable the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic planning across departments.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable intelligence on workforce metrics and trends. Your expertise will ensure that data is accurate, compliant, and governed according to organizational standards.
You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data insights to inform key business decisions. Additionally, you will support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives by leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise.
Responsibilities- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Evaluate and validate data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and drive digital transformation.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data analytics or reporting, with a minimum of 6 years' experience working with large datasets. You should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
A tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field is highly desirable, along with experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM). Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential for success in this role.
EligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on your ability to obtain and maintain such clearance.
