About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Solutions Consultant to join our team at RAC WA. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in engaging with current and potential members to discuss their needs and provide solutions that showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member enquiries through in-person and phone/email interactions
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with members to recommend tailored solutions

We are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in achieving KPIs and targets individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt and flex in a changing work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask
