Skill Requirements

  • A Registered Nurse Div 1 or an Allied Health professional (PT/OT/POD/Dietetics/EP) with current registration with a professional body.
  • Tertiary management qualifications or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
  • Evidence of recent professional development to further enhance leadership and management competencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources and financial management within a complex healthcare service.
  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge of current clinical practice, its delivery, and models of care.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience using multiple systems and the ability to provide clear and concise plans and reports.

About the Role

The Community Care Team Coach plays a pivotal dual role within our service delivery ecosystem. They are responsible for guiding, supporting, and empowering teams to operate with high autonomy, while also taking on essential management functions to navigate the operational complexities of our healthcare system.

This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to live in Adelaide Western.
