The Opportunity:
We seek an experienced Security Manager to lead our multi-site operations in Perth, utilizing their strong leadership skills and operational expertise to drive results and exceed client expectations. This is a full-time role that offers a company vehicle for site travel, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security teams across locations, managing their performance and professional development to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement security directives and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
- Manage site documentation, including SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and staff training records, to maintain a robust and compliant framework.
- Coordinate rostering and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage across sites, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Regularly travel between sites using the company-provided vehicle to conduct audits, inspections, and staff engagements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
