Senior Veterinary Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance to influence clinical standards, mentor emerging leaders and drive meaningful change across our regional clinics.

As a Senior Veterinary Leader, you will work closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development and build strong relationships. You will champion best practices, uphold the highest standards of veterinary care and design impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to identify growth opportunities and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate veterinarian to lead our regional clinics. As a key member of our national team, you will have a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future.

Your Impact

As a Senior Veterinary Leader, you will be at the forefront of clinical excellence. You will receive ongoing support and training in leadership, systems implementation and change management. You will also have access to development programs such as the Lincoln Institute Leading Edge course.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to improve their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance clinical performance and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
