About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Principal in leading the school community, developing and articulating a shared educational vision that prioritizes quality learning outcomes for all students. This will involve deputizing for the Principal when required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity, and embedding socially just practices in daily school life.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record of setting high standards for student and staff performance. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and drive positive change within the school community.
