Speech Pathology Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to set achievable goals and develop strategies to support their independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Speech Pathology and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. As a senior member of the team, you will lead your own caseload and drive exceptional care delivery to participants.

  • Lead and manage a mixed caseload across our clinic and community settings.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy services to NDIS participants.
  • Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish and work towards realistic goals that enhance their functional capabilities.
  • Reporting: Document disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist with data tracking, and provide necessary reports to management.
