About our Opportunity

This role is the conduit between our customers, manufacturing, and installation teams. It's responsible for coordinating the installation of products.

You'll be part of a professional team where customer service is top priority. In this fast-paced environment, you'll need to be confident in handling customer interactions, managing challenging conversations, and troubleshooting solutions related to installation issues and timings to enhance the customer experience and meet their requirements.

In addition:

  • liaise with production regarding product completion
  • scheduling installation dates aligned with production and customer needs
  • communicating with customers about product delivery and installation
  • coordinating daily activities of installation contractors
  • preparing documentation for installations

About You

We're looking for a team player who contributes positively to our work environment. The ideal candidate is agile, methodical, and possesses highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of installers and customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to provide high-quality customer service with a pragmatic approach, capable of thinking laterally when resolving problems. Previous experience in customer service and administration, arranging appointments or time scheduling, is beneficial.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ability to quickly gain competency in our CRM system
  • high attention to detail and accuracy
  • enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing and challenging manufacturing environment
