Job Description

We're seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering annual sales and revenue targets by working with the sales team to build and execute sales strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the financial services industry, working closely with senior members of the team to identify potential revenue opportunities and develop sales strategies. You will also have the chance to lead and support roles in completing RFPs and taking on new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team and work closely with senior members on sales opportunities.
  • Actively work with the sales team and independently in sourcing and winning new business opportunities.
  • Lead and support role in the completion of RFPs and take-on of new clients.

New Business Development

  • Identify potential revenue opportunities with prospective clients and existing group relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual sales targets.
