Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in the Taree area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting independence and mobility.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Taree, close to home.

- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
