The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at our Hospital site in Warriewood. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the kitchen's daily operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize food and labor costs.
- Oversee stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety practices, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
