About the Market Analyst Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will support data solutions that drive business performance. You'll work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to deliver project-based initiatives and business-as-usual operations.



We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator with a growth mindset, commercially astute, and confident in transforming complex datasets into simple insights that influence strategic direction.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide BAU support for existing reports and data models.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and identifying challenges.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics generating actionable insights.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
