Job Overview

This permanent role involves overseeing the operational management of All or Nothing, working closely with the Artistic Director on programme generation, planning, and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company, bringing projects from inception to fruition, and representing the organisation in its interactions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of All or Nothing, ensuring the smooth delivery of programmes and projects.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Nurture existing relationships and build new partnerships with organisations in Scotland and internationally.
  • Project Management: Work closely with the Artistic Director to generate, plan, and deliver company programmes.
  • Representative Role: Represent All or Nothing in its interactions with stakeholders, including artists, partners, and funders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, strategic partnerships, and project management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for the arts and a commitment to embedding aerial dance within the Scottish cultural landscape.

Benefits

This is a permanent role, with a pro-rata salary of £37 K and a flexible working policy. We are based at Out of the Blue in Leith, with a small core team supported by a large pool of freelance staff and artists.
