Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at BOC South Pacific. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in Coffs Harbour.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined geographical boundaries.
- Win and secure profitable customers aligned to branch budget targets.
- Achieve defined sales targets, including agreed sales volume, margin, and product channel.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer information via appropriate data inputs.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, including margin, volume, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain records of competitor customers and develop strategic partnerships to ensure they are serviced.
- Ensure all customers have a valid, in-date sales agreement and operate to our safety standards.
- Liaise with branch and logistics functions to ensure desirable service levels are achieved.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Staff to achieve sales and service goals.
