About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal/Lead Structural Engineer to join our team at Titan Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the structural design of process plants and associated mining infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost-effective designs tailored to project requirements and client needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the drafting team, overseeing the preparation of preliminary and detailed designs.
  • Prepare schedules for design work, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Offer high-level technical support for all structural engineering aspects as required.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with multidisciplinary team, clients, and contractors.
  • Lead projects/teams, working deliver exceptional client outcomes ensuring repeat business.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, with demonstrated design experience in resources processing or mining.
  • Proficiency in a variety structural analysis software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in leading projects/teams.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and unwavering commitment to safety.
