Disney 100 Retail Manager

The Walt Disney Company & Westfield have partnered with Alquemie Group to create magical Pop-Ups across NSW, VIC & QLD.

The Disney 100 Pop-Ups feature exclusive Disney merchandise from Mickey Mouse ears to Disney Apparel.

About the Role:

This fixed-term contract involves managing store operations and team management for our Disney 100 Pop-Up locations in Brisbane, QLD.

  • Create rosters based on traffic, peak periods, and optimize team resources.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support with product selection and inquiries.
  • Implement plans to achieve high sales and customer service results.
  • Support pop-up opening and closing routines.
  • Be involved in bump-in & bump-out procedures for our Pop-Up locations.
Requirements:

This role requires at least 2 years of management experience in retail, ability to build a high-performing team, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and results orientation.

  • Demonstrate ability to develop, inspire, and coach a small team of retail professionals.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere.
