Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team. The role is flexible and can be done from home, in the office, or a combination of both. You will be on your way to becoming a polished Property Lawyer in the conveyancing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting, contract review, and settlement functions
  • Support business strategy and preparation for the new Seller Disclosure regime
  • Be confident in all things QLD conveyancing with an interest in expanding your knowledge across Victoria and New South Wales
  • Maintain and develop our best practices in residential conveyancing and manage clients through the residential conveyancing journey

Requirements

  • At least 18 months' experience in a high-volume conveyancing environment
  • Admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid Practising Certificate
  • Looking to leverage your conveyancing skills into a hybrid role, including hands-on conveyancing work and completing projects to improve our processes
  • People who want to be heard and take control of their role to dictate preferred processes to make things better
  • Experience in, or an interest in being trained to work across multiple jurisdictions
  • Foster a high-performing culture of achievement in a growing business
