As a Senior Consultant with KPMG in Perth, you will have the opportunity to work on unique business transformation journeys across various sectors and geographies.

KPMG's Transformation Group provides support from the earliest stages of a project or program, offering capabilities that include business case justification, planning, structuring, and assembling the right team and approach to successfully manage and embed change.

Your role as a Senior Consultant will involve supporting and consulting on projects, exposing you to a range of different industries and sectors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing business readiness and developing change strategies while creating detailed plans to support people and behavioral aspects of new technology implementation and adoption.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering change management activities across client transformation programs.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across client businesses to prepare relevant business functions for transition to the future state and embedding new technologies and ways of working.
  • Developing strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing literature for distribution, and determining delivery channels.
  • Partnering with clients to redesign organizational structures to create high-performance cultures.
  • Working in a team environment where you will multi-task and produce quality deliverables.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about effective communication, can digest complex concepts, and communicate them in both written and verbal forms. A can-do attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to build diverse teams are essential qualities for this role.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills, and demonstrable experience could include:

  • Demonstrated experience working and establishing effective relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting the design, conducting, and managing Change Management activities, including strategies, plans, impact assessments, and readiness assessments, implementation plans.
  • Experience in planning and creating impactful communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly desirable to have accreditation in PROSCI or similar.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
