Labourer Position

We are seeking an experienced labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on-site with a dedicated team of employees and have opportunities for career advancement.

  • This is a casual ongoing position, commencing immediately.

The role involves working within a team atmosphere, assisting tradespeople on-site, handling and transporting materials and equipment, using power tools and machinery when needed, and following instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespeople on-site
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment
  • Use power tools and machinery when needed.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
  • Put up warning signs for vehicles and passersby
  • Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

  • Construction white card
  • Good attention to detail and quality control
  • Ideally experience as a labourer
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Driver's license
  • Confined space and forklift ticket
  • Punctual and Reliable
