About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team on the Byford Rail Extension project in Western Australia. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team on quality-related matters
- Develop and maintain quality records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
About You
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within a construction or infrastructure project
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
