About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeller to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mechanical BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical HVAC systems using Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient model integration.
  2. Ensure all BIM models comply with project specifications and standards.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any modeling issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  4. Stay updated with the latest BIM technology and industry best practices.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modelling, ideally with Tier 1 HVAC contractors.
  2. Proficiency in Revit is required.
  3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical design principles.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
