We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have exceptional English skills, be passionate about the language, and enjoy working with children.

As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for tutoring students aged between 5 and 15 in English. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of each student.

This is a rewarding role that will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of local children while also developing your own skills and experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have excelled in English at school and have a continuing passion for the subject. You will also need to be available at least one afternoon per week during school term time.

Don't worry if you have never tutored before - we will provide training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence as a tutor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tutor students aged between 5 and 15 in English
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
