Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their facilities are safe, clean and healthy. As a Service Technician in our Food and Beverage division, you will play a key role in delivering this mission by providing top-notch service visits to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site quality testing to identify potential contamination or hygiene issues, developing customized cleaning programs for specific customer needs, training customer staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

You will also be responsible for inventory management, conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and collaborating with our Account Managers and other professionals to identify new business opportunities and provide insights on customer needs.

This role requires regular travel to customer sites, utilizing your fully maintained tool of trade vehicle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, an inquisitive nature, and the ability to fix and maintain equipment. You must also be comfortable working in industrial environments, able to perform tasks individually and as part of a team, and flexible to work outside traditional business hours when required.
