- Better pay - at least 3% above the award rate plus a 23% Casual Allowance.
- Ability to work across up to 8 of our local centres.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
