About the Role

The Senior Payroll Officer provides accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to the NSW Electoral Commission staff and election officials in accordance with business, legislative, taxation and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large or complex payroll function
  • Ensure compliance with business, legislative, taxation and audit requirements
  • Provide payroll services to staff and election officials
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in payroll
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check result
