We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Supervisor to join our team in the Southern Highlands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, particularly in breakfast settings. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving breakfast, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to work in our Function Centre, assisting with events and functions.

We require candidates who are available to work casual shifts, typically 20-30 hours per week. Shifts may include morning and evening work, including weekends. Own transport is required, and living in the Southern Highlands would be beneficial.
