Job Description:


Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage short and long-term planning activities for a fleet of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME). The successful candidate will ensure schedules are accurate, efficient, and aligned with operational priorities.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring reports, and ensuring planned work is delivered on time and within cost parameters. You will also collaborate with supervisors, planners, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage short and long-term planning for HME maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with CMMS/ERP work management processes.
• Develop accurate weekly work schedules, resource-levelled and aligned with operational priorities.
• Monitor reports and ensure planned work is delivered on time and within cost parameters.
• Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree with post-trade mining experience.
• Proven success in a similar Maintenance Planning role within mining.
• Strong technical knowledge of Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
