About the Role:
This is a newly created position within our organization, reporting directly to the Head of Coaching. As a Regional Manager, you will lead and develop a field team of customer experience coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your sales leadership skills to drive customer service excellence across our teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance, promoting a positive, results-driven environment.
- Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate others and foster a culture of empathy and compassion.
- Influence without authority, setting an example and driving behavior change through effective leadership.
- Embark on a 'greenfield' opportunity with plenty of autonomy, shaping the direction of this exciting new role.
