Solution Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead our customer-facing projects, utilizing their technical expertise to align customer needs with our solutions.

  • The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between customers and our development teams, guiding the implementation process from presales through post-sales deployment.
  • They will be responsible for leading technical validation efforts via demos, workshops, and pilot projects, ensuring seamless integration of our products into customer environments.
  • This role also involves developing and maintaining reusable solution frameworks and content to empower sales teams and standardize customer outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our product teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of automation platforms, specifically Ansible, along with proficiency in tools like Puppet/Chef/SaltStack/Terraform is required. Practical hands-on experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 years in automation and 5-10 years in architecture/development/consulting roles is expected.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Satellite), Cisco network automation, and DevOps methodologies is necessary.
