Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Charge to join our team at the Coasthaven facility in Norlane, Victoria. This part-time role involves providing comprehensive clinical care to consumers, ensuring their dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to care staff, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes consumer needs.
  • Ensure all staff work within their scope of practice and adhere to Baptcare's standards of care, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Maintain open communication channels, respecting individual privacy and dignity.
  • Safely manage medications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in Aged Care or working with the elderly.
  • Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Word & basic Excel).
  • Able to meet the inherent requirements of the role.
