Lead the Way in Education

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive the development of engaging and thought-provoking learning experiences for children. As an Educational Leader, you'll have the opportunity to transform education into an exciting journey filled with discovery and wonder.

You'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that foster creativity, curiosity, and meaningful learning for all children. This will involve working closely with our team to develop imaginative curricula, leverage our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP), and participate in regular knowledge-sharing forums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote creativity, curiosity, and meaningful learning for all children.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Leverage the NLRDP and collaborate with partners to support professional growth and knowledge sharing among educators.
  • Participate in regular knowledge-sharing forums and access a network of resources and training offerings.
  • Support inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and documentation practices across the team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mentoring skills, an ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher, and current State-working with Children's Check. Additionally, they should have current Child Protection Training, completion of required Child Protection Training per regulations, and current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid certificates.
