Job Description

This contractor role is designed to provide flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work at your own pace. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assisting clients in identifying their needs and goals through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Ensuring individual plans reflect the client's goals, passions, and strengths

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • 2 years NDIS experience
  • Experience working with paediatrics
  • Active ABN and relevant insurance
  • Police clearance and WWC
