Witchery Assistant Store Manager Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Witchery, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. This role will also focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a meaningful in-store experience
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators
  • Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures

Attributes You Possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
