Join our dynamic team as a Strategic HR Advisor and contribute to shaping best practice HR service delivery models.
- This role involves providing subject matter expertise across all HR processes by offering guidance, coordination, and advice on the application of key policies, employment benefits, systems, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong generalist HR administration and/or similar coordination experience, with a minimum diploma in Human Resources or a related field. They must also have demonstrated experience in applying relevant legislation, such as the Fair Work Act and Equal Opportunity Act.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategic HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and professional day-to-day HR advice and administration relating to all facets of the employee life cycle to employees and managers.
- Supporting the ongoing development of the HR Business Partnering function by offering customer-focused advice and support relating to people matters.
- Working directly with managers and employees in the interpretation and adherence to key policies and assisting with cyclical Performance and Remuneration, and Talent reviews.
- Preparing and assisting in the drafting and developing of related HR documentation and correspondence.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A minimum diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Generalist HR administration and/or similar coordination experience.
- Demonstrated experience in applying key legislation pertaining to employment.
