Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining facilities, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality cuisine is delivered to our guests.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing staff performance, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality cuisine.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory controls to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a five-star hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
