Job Summary:

This role oversees the management of mine operations and drives continuous improvement across departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-level project delivery, strong technical skills, and a passion for technology. They should also be self-motivated and able to contribute to the ongoing development of a world-class mining operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mine operational resources
  • Develop and implement best practices
  • Lead continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent required
  • At least 8 years' experience in open cut and underground mining necessary
  • Experience delivering high-level continuous improvement projects highly desirable

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Power BI, SQL Server Databases, and Fleet Management Systems
  • High self-motivation and passion for technology
