We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and service of all equipment and facilities across our clubs in the Newcastle and Hunter area.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and work with limited supervision.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and previous experience in general building maintenance, including patching and painting, minor alterations, and air conditioning filter cleaning.

Additionally, you will need to hold a driver's licence, national police check, and working with children check.

We are committed to providing a child safe environment and require all applicants to undergo a national police check and working with children check.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of fitness/gym equipment
  • Maintenance of public areas, furnishings, and fixtures
  • Air conditioning filter cleaning
  • Minor building works such as: patching and painting, minor alterations
  • Urgently repair any WHS hazards to make safe
