Ce poste de responsable est idéal pour un individu motivé et passionné qui recherche un défi professionnel dans le secteur de la restauration.

Missions

Nous recherchons une personne talentueuse pour occuper le poste de responsable d'un restaurant. Cette personne devra s'occuper de l'encadrement d'une équipe composée de 40 personnes, dont des employés de cuisine, du comptoir, de la drive et de la salle.

  1. Gestion d'une équipe diverse et motivée
  2. Ouverture/fermeture du restaurant
  3. Gestion du marketing et de la communication
  4. Suivi des stocks, commandes et inventaires
  5. Coordination de la formation
  6. Optimisation des performances commerciales du restaurant
  7. Respect des normes d'Hygiène et de Sécurité Alimentaire

Les horaires sont flexibles, avec 8h45 par jour et 3 jours de repos dans la semaine, dont 2 d'affilée. De plus, il y a 1 week-end libre par mois.

Profil

Un leader charismatique, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et d'emmener son équipe vers l'excellence. L'expérience en encadrement est requise, mais connaitre le milieu de la restauration est un atout supplémentaire.

Le poste est à temps plein en CDI et offre une prime variable de 6% du salaire annuel, selon les objectifs atteints. De plus, il y a une majoration de 10% le dimanche et des possibilités d'évolution en interne au sein de notre réseau.

L'avantage : ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
