Retail Store Assistant Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

About the Role

This role will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and driving team performance. The successful candidate will have a passion for retail and be able to work well in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and lead by example
  • Manage and develop a small team of employees
  • Administer daily procedures accurately and handle required reports
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of employees
Requirements
