About the Role:


We are seeking skilled tradespeople to join our experienced Field Service Maintenance Team as Underground Fitters or Auto Electricians. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites, providing top-notch maintenance services and contributing to the growth and success of our business.



Salary:


The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description:


This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tradespeople who thrive in fast-paced environments. As an Underground Fitter or Auto Electrician with Barminco, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery at our underground sites
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to site protocols and regulations
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex maintenance issues and improve site performance


Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:



  • Fully qualified trade certification (Fitter/Mechanic or Auto Electrician)
  • Experience working in underground mining environments
  • All relevant qualifications, certificates, and licenses (RPLs)
  • Able to meet all site access requirements, including medical clearances and valid driver's licenses
