**Job Opportunity for Litigation Secretary:**

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a litigation secretary in a dynamic and experienced team. The role involves various administrative tasks, including typing and collation of legal documents, client contact, timesheet data entry, and file management.

  • Administrative support will be provided to partners in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice group in Sydney;
  • Assisting with commercial contracts and deeds preparation;
  • Effective communication with clients and internal staff by telephone and email;
  • Entry of accurate timesheet data and preparation of client accounts (billing);
  • Management of files and diaries, including travel bookings;
  • Electronic filing and maintenance of emails and case files;
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

In return, you will work as part of a close-knit team supporting clients with varied cases in an experienced and highly regarded team.

About You:

As an intermediate secretary with experience ideally in private practice or professional services supporting partners, you will bring a committed, proactive, and service-oriented approach to your work. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential, ensuring that you can prioritise tasks efficiently and manage competing deadlines with ease.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are necessary to excel in this role. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are also highly valued.
