The Role

We're seeking a Park Attendant to join our team, providing a mix of front office, housekeeping, and grounds upkeep services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Front office administration, including guest check-ins, reservations, and account management
  • Housekeeping, including cleaning guest accommodation and common areas
  • Grounds upkeep to maintain the park's appearance
  • Building strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous front office experience in the hospitality industry
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including RMS or comparable reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Previous grounds keeping experience
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • A current driver's license
