About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Venue Manager to join our team in Karrinyup. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive revenue growth through effective shift management and upselling initiatives
- Create engaging and immersive environments that exceed guest expectations
- Support the development and upskilling of your team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid RSA certificate
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
