Role Overview

We are seeking a senior front-end specialist to drive the development of high-quality, accessible and visually engaging digital experiences.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel at crafting elegant front-end solutions and enjoy mentoring others in a fast-paced agile environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering responsive, accessible and scalable front-end solutions that meet business and user needs.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on front-end architecture and design principles.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • Support testing activities and maintain clear documentation for support and change management.
  • Champion accessibility, performance and secure coding standards across the team.
  • Contribute to code reviews and post-implementation retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
About You

As a skilled front-end specialist, you possess a strong analytical mindset and a design sensibility that helps bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution.

You work autonomously, communicate clearly across disciplines and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience building modern SPAs using React.js and Next.js.
  • Proficient with CSS development techniques including CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, SAAS and LESS.
  • Strong grasp of UI design principles including responsive/adaptive layouts and accessibility standards.
  • Experience configuring front-end build tools and managing dependencies using Vite, NPM and PNPM.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining front-end tests using Jest, Vitest, Playwright and Cypress.
  • Proficiency with Git practices and collaborative branching strategies.
  • Awareness of OWASP Top 10, ES5 and ES6 standards and secure coding practices.
  • Exposure to CI/CD best practices and build/deployment automation tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
