Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Associate to support our Data Center and defense projects in Sydney, working closely with the MEP team.

  • Provide senior cost management support across all project aspects, including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation.
  • Estimate and cost plan, producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
  • Measure all building elements for cost planning.
  • Engage with the market to obtain quotations/pricing to support cost estimates.
  • Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying or related degree.
  • 5-7 years of post-graduate experience.
  • AIQS or RICS membership or currently on the pathway to membership.
  • Experience with CostX is preferred.
  • Australian citizenship or Defence clearance.
