Job SummaryWe are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a hospital setting. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing best practice nursing care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.

- Support the delivery of safe, person/family-centered patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment and care provision.
- Work collaboratively with the RNs and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in clinical supervision of Assistants in Nursing and students.
- Complete mandatory training and performance reviews.
- Undertake clinical shifts, including participation in the on-call/after-hours/weekend roster.
- Competent professional nursing practice in a clinical setting.
- Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and database entry.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Qualifications/Requirements: Enrolled Nurse qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- NDIS Workers Clearance.
- Police Check with no notable offences.
- Australian Workers Rights.
- Compliant with Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Certification.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 & Influenza.
- Minimum of 12-months Hospital work experience.
- Reliable Transportation.
