Job Title: Senior Director

Kenbury is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Policy & Reform team in driving sustainable success and guiding organisations through the transition to a net-zero future.

This role demands a deep understanding of policy dynamics, regulatory reforms, and market transitions, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the firm and its diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate new client relationships and business opportunities within the Policy & Reform sector.
  • Utilise best practice frameworks and insights to support research, analysis, and the provision of expert client service and advice.
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and operations, including team expansion and development.
  • Build and enhance your professional brand and network to drive client acquisition and firm growth.
  • Support business development efforts and activities related to existing and prospective clients across various sectors.
  • Provide proactive coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional development and success.

Candidates with Policy experience within the Energy & Utilities industry in Australia, coupled with current or previous Consulting experience with the desire to enjoy developing business and relationships are encouraged to apply.
