Senior Storage Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Storage Engineer to support our IT Infrastructure team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise storage solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing enterprise storage solutions
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing storage infrastructure
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the IT team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems and its data protection technologies such as SnapMirror, SnapVault, and SnapCenter
  • Experience with NetApp StorageGRID, Hitachi storage, and Brocade Fibre Channel switches
  • Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS environments and enterprise backup solutions
  • Expertise in storage virtualization, data replication, and high-availability systems
  • Proficiency with at least one enterprise operating system (Linux or Windows), with a preference for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Windows Server 2016/2022
  • Familiarity with or experience in ITIL-based environments is desirable
